Focus and Scope

Journal International of Officium Nobile provides an academic platform for scholars, practitioners, judges, legal professionals, policymakers, civil society organizations, and observers of law to disseminate original research and conceptual studies. The journal focuses on issues related to legal ethics, public responsibility, constitutional law, judicial behavior, the role of courts, professional conduct in legal practice, and the intersection between law and moral obligations in both national and global contexts.

The journal accepts original articles that have not been published elsewhere and are written in clear, scholarly English. Submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
