About the Journal

Journal International of Officium Nobile (JION) Officium Nobile is an international peer-reviewed journal published every six months (in March, June, September, and December). The journal aims to disseminate high-quality research and conceptual studies in the field of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and the moral dimensions of law and justice. It offers a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, researchers, judges, advocates, policymakers, and observers of the legal profession to critically examine ethical practices, integrity, and public accountability in legal systems around the world. This journal welcomes original articles discussing, among other topics, legal professionalism, judicial ethics, ethical dilemmas in legal practice, the moral foundations of law, human rights in legal enforcement, legal responsibility in public office, and reform initiatives in the legal sector from an ethical perspective. The scope covers both theoretical and empirical studies at national and international levels. To ensure the originality and quality of submitted manuscripts, we take plagiarism issues seriously. Articles submitted to Officium Nobile must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts may be submitted in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. Authors whose native language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread before submission. The journal is established and managed by PT. Publisher Pandecta Research, an academic institution committed to advancing science and knowledge for society.
